Community Guidelines
Pulse Live is a live social platform where people can connect, communicate, stream, and interact with others. These Community Guidelines are designed to help keep Pulse Live safe, respectful, welcoming, and enjoyable for everyone.
By using Pulse Live, you agree not to engage in harmful, illegal, abusive, deceptive, exploitative, or unsafe behavior.
1. Safety and Respect
Users should treat other members of the Pulse Live community with respect. Content or behavior intended to seriously harm, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others is not allowed.
- Threats of violence or serious physical harm.
- Targeted harassment or repeated abusive behavior.
- Bullying or intimidation.
- Encouraging others to harass another person.
- Sharing content intended to humiliate or seriously harm another user.
2. Child Safety
Pulse Live has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse, exploitation, grooming, or sexualization of minors.
- Child sexual abuse or exploitation.
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
- Sexual content involving minors.
- Grooming or solicitation of minors.
- Sexualization of children.
- Trafficking or exploitation of minors.
- Any behavior that places a child at risk of harm.

3. Nudity and Sexual Content
Pulse Live does not allow sexually explicit content or content primarily intended to provide sexual gratification.
- Pornographic or sexually explicit content.
- Explicit sexual acts or simulations.
- Sexual solicitation or requests for sexual services.
- Sexually explicit live streams.
- Non-consensual intimate content.
- Sexual exploitation of any person.
4. Hate Speech and Discrimination
Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or encourages hatred or violence against people based on protected characteristics is prohibited.
- Calls for violence against protected groups.
- Dehumanizing or hateful attacks.
- Promotion of discriminatory violence.
- Content intended to seriously intimidate protected communities.
5. Violence and Dangerous Behavior
Users must not use Pulse Live to promote, organize, celebrate, or encourage serious violence or dangerous behavior.
- Credible threats of violence.
- Instructions intended to facilitate serious violent wrongdoing.
- Promotion or glorification of terrorist activities.
- Extremely graphic violent content intended primarily to shock.
- Encouraging dangerous acts that may cause serious injury.
6. Harassment and Bullying
Pulse Live does not allow sustained or severe harassment of individuals.
- Repeated unwanted abusive messages.
- Threatening another user.
- Coordinated harassment.
- Sharing private information to intimidate another person.
- Targeted humiliation or degradation.
7. Privacy and Personal Information
Respect the privacy of other users.
- Do not publish private personal information without authorization.
- Do not share passwords, authentication codes, or private credentials.
- Do not threaten users with exposure of private information.
- Do not distribute non-consensual private or intimate media.
8. Scams, Fraud, and Deceptive Behavior
Pulse Live must not be used to deceive users or facilitate fraud.
- Financial scams or fraudulent schemes.
- Phishing attempts.
- Fake giveaways intended to steal money or credentials.
- Misleading users for financial gain.
- Unauthorized sale or promotion of illegal goods or services.
9. Spam and Platform Manipulation
Activity that disrupts Pulse Live or artificially manipulates platform features may be restricted.
- Repeated unsolicited promotional messages.
- Automated spam accounts.
- Fake engagement or coordinated manipulation.
- Mass-created accounts intended to evade enforcement.
- Malicious links or deceptive redirects.
10. Impersonation
Users must not impersonate another individual, organization, brand, or public figure in a deceptive manner.
Fan, parody, or commentary accounts should make their nature clear where necessary to prevent confusion.
11. Illegal Activities
Pulse Live may not be used to facilitate, promote, or coordinate activities that violate applicable laws.
- Human trafficking or exploitation.
- Fraud or theft.
- Sale or distribution of illegal goods.
- Serious criminal activity.
- Content whose possession or distribution is unlawful.
12. Live Streaming Rules
All Community Guidelines also apply during live broadcasts.
- Do not stream prohibited sexual or exploitative content.
- Do not threaten or seriously harass viewers or participants.
- Do not broadcast illegal activity.
- Do not encourage dangerous behavior.
- Do not intentionally expose another person's private information.
Live streams may be interrupted or terminated when serious violations are detected or reported.
13. Reporting Violations
Users can report accounts, live streams, messages, or other content using the reporting tools available in Pulse Live.

Serious safety reports may receive priority review.
14. Blocking Users
Pulse Live provides blocking features that allow users to restrict unwanted interaction with other accounts.
Users are encouraged to block accounts when they do not wish to receive further interaction from them.
15. Enforcement
Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, Pulse Live may take one or more enforcement actions.
- Remove or restrict content.
- Stop or restrict a live stream.
- Disable certain account features.
- Temporarily suspend an account.
- Permanently terminate an account.
- Restrict creation of additional accounts.
Severe violations may result in immediate permanent account termination.
16. Cooperation With Authorities
Pulse Live may preserve relevant information and cooperate with authorized law enforcement agencies where required or permitted by applicable law.
Suspected child exploitation or other serious illegal activity may be reported to appropriate authorities or organizations where legally required.
17. Attempts to Evade Enforcement
Users may not create or use additional accounts to bypass restrictions, suspensions, bans, or other enforcement measures.
Accounts created primarily to evade enforcement may also be restricted or permanently terminated.
18. Community Responsibility
Every Pulse Live user plays a role in maintaining a safe community. Users should report serious violations instead of encouraging, sharing, or amplifying harmful behavior.
Use the in-app reporting feature or contact Pulse Live Support so the issue can be reviewed.
