1. Acceptance of These Terms
By downloading, accessing, registering, watching a live stream, hosting a live stream, purchasing virtual items, sending gifts, earning rewards, or otherwise using Pulse Live, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional rules shown inside the app. If you do not agree, you must stop using Pulse Live.

2. About Pulse Live
Pulse Live is a social live-streaming platform that may allow users to create profiles, watch or host live broadcasts, communicate through comments or messages, follow other users, send virtual gifts, purchase diamonds, earn coins, join creator programs, and use other features made available from time to time.

3. Eligibility and Minimum Age
You may use Pulse Live only if you are legally capable of accepting these Terms in your country. You must meet the minimum age required by applicable law and app-store policies. We may ask for age confirmation or restrict an account if the age information appears inaccurate.

4. Account Registration
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or updating an account. You must not use another person's identity, misleading details, unauthorized photographs, or false verification information.

5. Google Sign-In and Login Security
Where Google Sign-In or another login provider is available, you authorize Pulse Live to receive the information required to create or authenticate your account. You are responsible for protecting your device, login session, access token, password, and recovery details.

6. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for all activity performed through your account, including live broadcasts, comments, messages, follows, purchases, gifts, reports, rewards, and withdrawals. You must not sell, rent, transfer, or share your account without written permission.

7. Profile Information
Your username, display name, profile image, bio, level, badges, followers, following, and other profile details may be visible to other users. You must not use profile information that is obscene, deceptive, hateful, infringing, fraudulent, or likely to impersonate another person.

8. Community Standards
You must treat other users respectfully. Harassment, bullying, threats, stalking, blackmail, hate speech, discrimination, unwanted sexual conduct, coordinated abuse, and repeated disruption are prohibited.

10. Protection of Minors
Any sexualized, exploitative, abusive, grooming-related, or otherwise harmful content involving minors is strictly prohibited. Suspected child exploitation may be reported to relevant authorities and safety organizations.

11. Live Streaming Rules
Hosts are responsible for everything shown, played, spoken, displayed, or promoted during a live broadcast. Pulse Live may stop, mute, limit, hide, review, age-restrict, or remove a live stream when it violates these Terms or creates a safety risk.

12. Music, Video and Third-Party Media
You may use music, video, images, or other media only when you own the necessary rights or have permission. Unauthorized copyrighted music, films, television, sports broadcasts, paid events, or third-party streams may be removed.

13. Comments and Messages
Comments, private messages, join messages, gift messages, and other communications must follow these Terms. Spam, threats, malicious links, sexual requests, scams, personal data exposure, and deceptive messages are prohibited.

16. License Granted to Pulse Live
By submitting content, you grant Pulse Live a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, store, process, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, moderate, and make your content available as reasonably necessary to operate and secure the service.

18. Pulse Live Intellectual Property
The Pulse Live name, logos, software, interface, graphics, databases, source code, features, and designs are owned by or licensed to Pulse Live. You must not copy, modify, sell, sublicense, scrape, decompile, or reverse engineer them except where law permits.

Diamonds are virtual items for use inside Pulse Live. They are not legal currency, bank deposits, securities, stored value, or property outside the service. They cannot be transferred, sold, or redeemed except through features expressly authorized by Pulse Live.

Users may use diamonds to send virtual gifts to eligible hosts or users. A virtual gift is a digital interaction and does not represent a physical item. Successfully sent gifts may be non-refundable except where required by law.

21. Coins and Host Rewards
Hosts may receive coins or other virtual rewards based on eligible gifts or activities. Conversion rates, commissions, host levels, minimum live time, agency deductions, reward eligibility, and withdrawal rules may change.

22. No Guaranteed Earnings
Pulse Live does not guarantee that any host, creator, agency, or user will earn a particular amount. Earnings may depend on valid gifts, user activity, platform rules, regional availability, taxes, commissions, payment settlement, and compliance reviews.

23. Purchases and Recharge
Purchases may be processed through Google Play, payment gateways, banks, UPI providers, cards, or other supported services. You must use a payment method you are authorized to use. Prices, taxes, currencies, and packages may vary.

Refunds are handled according to applicable law, Google Play rules, payment-provider terms, and Pulse Live policies. Unauthorized chargebacks, false payment disputes, or refund abuse may result in reversal of diamonds, gifts, coins, rewards, or account access.

We may investigate and reverse transactions involving stolen payment methods, fake receipts, duplicate credits, bots, collusion, self-gifting, referral abuse, money laundering, chargebacks, technical errors, or manipulation of balances and rankings.

38. Account Deletion

41. Service Availability
